Correct part, quick delivery

Needed a new draw valve for a Taylor C723. Found it here easily. Ordered, it shipped and arrived in 4 days. Part was correct. Packaging was a bit excessive.

Great value on needed parts

I was looking for a replacement beater motor for my Taylor C713 and stumbled upon this store. The price was competitive, and I managed to get free shipping which made the overall cost really attractive. I checked a couple of other sites like Parts Town first, but this one offered the best deal at the time. The motor arrived well-packaged and installed without any issues. The only slight drawback was that the tracking information updated a bit slowly, so I wasn't always sure where my package was. But for the savings, it was definitely worth it.

Reliable source for parts

This isn't my first time ordering from Frozen Yogurt Parts. I usually get my o-rings and food-grade lubricant here. This time I also needed a new air tube for my Stoelting SF144. Just like my previous orders, everything was accurate and shipped out promptly. It's consistently a reliable place to get parts without any fuss. The only minor gripe is sometimes the stock levels aren't super clear for every single item, but they usually have what I need.

Got my machine fixed up

My soft serve machine was making a weird noise, so I figured it was time for some new bearings and seals. Found them on this site. The parts got here pretty quick, took about 5 days to reach Atlanta. They fit fine, and the machine is much quieter now. The only thing was finding the exact part number was a bit tricky on their site, but I got there eventually. Overall, a good experience, and my machine is back in business.

Good quality, minor shipping issue

I ordered a tune-up kit for my Taylor 794. The parts, including the o-rings and gaskets, seemed to be of good quality and fit perfectly. My machine is running much smoother now. The website was easy enough to navigate to find what I needed. Shipping was free because my order was over $199, which was a nice bonus. However, it took 6 days to get to me in Arizona, which felt a little slow for something essential. A faster standard shipping option would be great.

Reliable parts, good support

I ordered a tune-up kit for my Taylor C713 machine, along with some extra scraper blades and a new set of o-rings. The website was pretty easy to navigate; finding the right parts for my specific model was straightforward using their search feature. Shipping took about 5 days to reach my location in Florida, which was standard. All the parts arrived well-packaged and seem to be good quality, comparable to OEM. I had a quick question about one of the gaskets and used their online chat support; the representative was helpful and answered my question within a few minutes. My only minor issue was the estimated shipping time wasn't super precise on the order confirmation, but it still arrived within the general window.

Good for common parts

I bought some shaft seals and a mix inlet tube for a Stoelting machine. The website was easy to use, and they had exactly what I needed in stock, which is always a plus. Prices were competitive compared to other suppliers I've checked. Shipping was prompt, arriving in about 3 days. My only gripe is that I wish they offered more detailed diagrams for older Stoelting models on their product pages; it would make double-checking part compatibility even easier.

Fantastic parts, fast delivery!

Frozen Yogurt Parts is amazing! I got a new set of scraper blades and a pump assembly for my Stoelting F231. Everything arrived super fast, like 3 days to get to Oregon, and was exactly what I needed. My machine is working better than ever now. I'll definitely be shopping here again for all my soft serve machine needs. So glad I found them!
